Corporate Headquarters

This Corporate Headquarters project in Lonetree, CO, is a large-scale development that serves as the central office for one of the nation’s leading construction and engineering firms. This state-of-the-art facility was designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being, integrating modern amenities and thoughtful outdoor spaces.

In collaboration with Stantec, we designed custom benches from our Layer Collection for the amenity terrace, featuring both backed and flat configurations to provide versatile seating options. Additionally, we modified our standard backed benches to create longer seating areas at ground level near the light rail station, blending functionality with a modern aesthetic.
